What you can expect

  • Independent implementation of own projects (information campaign, presentation, moderation)
  • Back-office support for our sales force, e.g. creation of information material, preparation of presentations
  • Research on energy industry and climate policy topics, current tenders and subsidies
  • Creating content for our social media and information channels (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog and press articles)
  • Addressing various municipal stakeholders
  • Maintenance of internal project management tools
  • Close support for the project teams

What you should bring with you

  • Enrolled full-time student (m/f/d) at a state-recognized university or college 
  • Strong interest in the energy industry, climate protection, sustainability and politics
  • Confidence in conducting internet-based research and in using Excel, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Midjourney
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and enthusiasm for new challenges
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • A hands-on mentality and a great sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to participate in selected events in Germany (workshops, events, lectures)

Project Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect

  • From the initial idea to successful implementation: development and coordination of renewable energy projects
  • Development of sustainable heat supply concepts and support for municipalities and companies in strategic planning and implementation
  • Advising decision-makers from politics and business on economic development and climate protection strategies, as well as on renewable energies
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, authorities and institutions and moderating stakeholder workshops
  • Planning and implementation of citizen dialogs, face-to-face events and public relations work for climate protection projects
  • Development of sales strategies to open up new project opportunities and cooperations

What you should bring with you

  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the field of renewable energies, heat planning or climate protection
  • Sound knowledge in the development and implementation of sustainable energy projects and in advising politics and business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially when working with stakeholders and authorities
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility and willingness to travel (1-2 times per month within northern and western Germany)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident in using tools and programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Midjourney
  • Ideally a place of residence in the Bremen, Lower Saxony or NRW area (not a mandatory criterion, just desirable)

1st application

2. interview

You and your application documents have impressed us, so we would like to get to know you better. We will arrange an appointment for an (online) interview.

3rd commitment

Our interview went really well and we don't want to leave it at this snapshot. You will get the chance to prove yourself during the probationary period.
