We love challenges – and the Ruhr region is definitely one! In Germany's largest metropolitan region, per capita CO2 emissions are almost twice as high as in other regions. In 2018, together with the Regionalverband Ruhr (RVR), we set in motion a process that will transform the Ruhr region from a laggard to an international pioneer. Since then, our work has expanded to cover a catchment area of more than 13 million people in Germany.

Example Detmold 2035 – here, the work of ansvar2030 in collaboration with a dedicated team in the city administration and municipal utilities is laying the foundation for the goal of climate neutrality to actually be achieved by 2035. An important building block: the "Detmold 2035" association as a home for everyone who wants to work on the future of the city.
Incidentally, our company history began in 2006, when the then 20-year-old company founder Felix Rodenjohann founded tremoniamedia Filmproduktion before he even started his studies. After graduating, law professor Dr. Friedrich Schade, tax consultant and auditor Wilfried Duesing, and media manager Martin Jendrusch joined the company, which was founded in 2010 as a limited liability company. Together, they worked for international corporations, cities, and regions. The former film production company became the consulting firm ansvar2030. The award-winning film production company remains an important sister company of ours.
