We love challenges – and the Ruhr region is definitely one! In Germany's largest metropolitan region, per capita CO2 emissions are almost twice as high as in other regions. In 2018, together with the Regionalverband Ruhr (RVR), we set in motion a process that will transform the Ruhr region from a laggard to an international pioneer. Since then, our work has expanded to cover a catchment area of more than 13 million people in Germany.

Example Detmold 2035 – here, the work of ansvar2030 in collaboration with a dedicated team in the city administration and municipal utilities is laying the foundation for the goal of climate neutrality to actually be achieved by 2035. An important building block: the "Detmold 2035" association as a home for everyone who wants to work on the future of the city.
Unsere Firmengeschichte begann übrigens 2006, als der damals 20-jährige Firmengründer Felix Rodenjohann noch vor seinem Studium die tremoniamedia Filmproduktion gründete. Nach dem Studium stieg in die 2010 gegründete GmbH der Juraprofessor Dr. Friedrich Schade, der Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer Wilfried Duesing und der Medienmanager Martin Jendrusch mit ein. Gemeinsam arbeiteten sie für internationale Konzerne, Städte und Regionen. Aus der damaligen Filmproduktionsfirma wurde das Beratungsunternehmen ansvar2030. Die vielfach prämierte Filmproduktion ist weiterhin ein wichtiges Schwesterunternehmen von uns. Denn ein lokaler Zukunftskonsens entsteht nicht durch das Predigen der Apokalypse, sondern durch Lust auf eine wirtschaftlich starke Zukunft.
