Technical design, planning and monitoring of generation and storage systems:
Ground-mounted photovoltaic systems (AC/DC)
Battery storage systems (BESS)
Wind turbines (MS/NS connection, protection concepts)
Charging parks / charging infrastructure (AC/DC, backend connection)
Creation of circuit diagrams, cable calculations, circuit diagrams and site plans
Support with grid inquiries and grid connection planning (VNB/ÜNB)
Participation in technical tender documents, specifications and bid evaluations
Coordination with general contractors, network operators, planners and authorities
Professional support for the project teams with technical questions, variant comparisons and implementation concepts
Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology or training as a master technician in electrical engineering with relevant planning experience
Experience in the electrical planning of renewable energy systems, preferably in PV, storage, wind or charging infrastructure
Confident handling of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, EPLAN), MS Office and the basics of VDE standards, TAB, grid connection guidelines
Knowledge of protection technology, feed-in systems, MV/LV connection and grid compatibility
Structured, solution-oriented way of working with responsibility for technical quality
Very good written and spoken German
Optional: willingness to travel for occasional on-site appointments
Ideally: Location in Bremen, Lower Saxony or NRW - but not a must for freelance work

Technical and planning support for wind energy projects – from site assessment to implementation readiness
Creation and maintenance of project documents, schedules, area overviews, and map material
Coordination with experts, planning offices, municipalities, and approval authorities
Coordination of external service providers in the areas of surveying, nature conservation, noise, and shadow
Preparation of approval documents (BImSchG, building applications) in close coordination with the approval manager
Collaboration on interdisciplinary projects (e.g., PV, storage, charging infrastructure)
Initial to several years of experience in the planning and/or development of wind energy projects
Degree in a relevant field (e.g., renewable energies, environmental planning, geography, spatial planning, civil engineering, energy technology) or comparable vocational training with relevant project experience

Support in the development and implementation of sustainable heat supply or mobility concepts
Strategic consulting for decision-makers from politics, administration, municipal utilities, and local companies on climate protection, renewable energies, and regional value creation
Moderation of stakeholder processes, citizen dialogs and expert discussions
Building and maintaining networks with decision-makers from politics, administration, business and civil society
Identification and development of new project opportunities and municipal collaborations

Creation and maintenance of project documents, area overviews, layouts, schedules, and design tables

Support with submitting and tracking network requests
Support in the design of storage solutions, variant comparisons, and economic feasibility studies
