What you should bring with you

  • Several years of experience in project management, consulting, administration or a comparable position related to renewable energies, heat planning and climate protection as well as related areas
  • Alternatively: Experience in similar contexts, such as stakeholder management, strategic communication or sales of sustainable solutions
  • Knowledge in the creation, communication and/or implementation of concepts, strategies and projects for climate protection, energy and heat transition
  • Understanding of municipal structures, decision-making processes and the energy transition
  • Strong communication skills, especially in dealing with municipal stakeholders, committees and landowners
